User Manual

MOVEMENT

Custom digital module with basic tide. Functions include time of day (12 hour or 24 hour), date calendar through 2099, basic tide, future tide, EL backlight, chronograph, and customizable countdown timer. Home screen can be set to display time and date or time and tide.

DIAL

Custom negative LCD with printed dial masking.

CASE

38mm custom injection molded TR-90 watch case with a 100 meter / 10 ATM water rating. Comes with custom molded stainless steel gasketed pushers, stainless steel screw down caseback and stainless steel screw bar lugs.

BAND

18-16mm tapered custom injection molded ultra-soft silicone watch band with a patented locking looper. Also includes a solid stainless steel buckle and screw bar connection.

Best surf watch ever
Exceeded expectations! The watch size for my wrist is ideal and flattering. I had never seen a surf watch in tortoise color before! This watch style is feminine and sporty, but not like a typical sports watch. It has a professional and refined look which makes it great to be able to wear to work. I love the silcone band because it is extremely comfortable, easy to keep clean, and will last. The watch features are crisp and intuitive for easy use and I like that the tide times are manually set and not from a preloaded database. I love the abilty to have the watch "beep" on the hour - another great features for work. 100% worth every penny and highly recommend.

Love the style, but can’t see the time.
The screen is so dark you cannot even see the time. Even in the daylight unless you push the light button on the side… I can’t see it really at all unless I do. The numbers should be brighter or the screen should be lighter. One of the two, but it’s very hard to see.

Great style but crappy quality!
Disappointed. Purchase 9/23 and 12/23, the case cracked. I sent it off to be repaired and had to pay for it to get fixed. Seems ridiculous to have to pay to get a poorly made time piece repaired when it was new. Now, 11/24 the opening where the tab on the band fits, tore. The quality of this watch is unacceptable. I regret purchasing this watch and highly suggest looking at other brands. *also purchased another at same time and the battery died within the first year.

A cool mom Non-Apple watch
I wanted a watch that had a stopwatch and some style without all the tech-y things. I’m a mom of a busy toddler and don’t want to be “plugged in” all the time. And who doesn’t want to run around the park with a little bit of style?! This was just the right size and functionality! Love it.

Does this watch have a pedometer feature?

That is a great question! The Siren doesn't have a pedometer feature but it does have the time of day, day/date, basic tide, future tide, EL backlight, chronograph, and customizable countdown timer.

Is the watch waterproof?

It is water-resistant up to 100M. There's a chart on our FAQ page that you might find helpful. Under digital watches there's a line that addresses what ATM means and how that applies to your watch.

Can you wear this while swimming for an extended period of time?

I wear mine in the pool all the time. I don't spend the entire day swimming but an hour or so at a time throughout the day and I haven't had any issues with it.

The Pastel / Multi colorway was a special edition colorway that was only offered on Nixon.com for a limited time. Unfortunately, we will no longer be receiving more of those units.
