Hi Kaya! To access the second time zone, press and hold the top right button. To edit it, press and hold the lower left button. Hope this helps!

I have set up the time and tide location, but when I go to look at the tide information it goes back to the basic tide function. Any idea why this is happening?

You can try a soft reset by holding down all the buttons at once for 5-7 seconds. Then reselect the tide location for where you are. If this still doesn't work, it may need a hard reset from our team so give us a call.

Is it possible to buy additional bands now? Or is this a watch you always have in stock / I would always be able to purchase replacement bands for if it breaks?

We do not sell additional bands for some of our watches, like the Rival. If it were to break, you would fill out a Service Order request form to send that in for our Service Center to replace for you.
