can I have something engraved at the back?

Does the Patrol make a ticking sound or is it silent?

It makes a ticking sound but you can't really hear it unless you're somewhere real quiet or you put the watch right next to your ear.

Can I order half size links for the band on the Patrol?

Great question! We don't have any half size links available but we can help set up a small part order for the smaller removable links down by the clasp if you need them. The Patrol also has a micro-adjuster that can help size the watch to your wrist! Give us a call and we'd be happy to help!

How can I adjust the band to fit my wrist? Would I have to go to a Nixon store?

The band has removable links. You can take the watch to any jeweler to have them help add or remove links. You can also stop by a Nixon store if you live nearby one of our shops!

Hi there! Our watches range from 7-7.5'' and come with extra links in the very bottom of the box.

What size battery does the patrol take and where can I get one?

Hi there! The Patrol takes an SR626/377 battery. You can find them online or you can always send in your watch for battery service and we can change it for you. To do so, click Need A Repair at the bottom of nixon.com and then select battery service.

Hey there! If you are needing extra links, first be sure to check the bottom of the box your watch comes in as there are 1-3 additional links in the bottom with the user manual.
