We do not have any that count steps.
Not on the main Time Mode. However if you are running the Timer or Chronograph features you are able to see the seconds.
In the alarm mode, press and hold Pusher A (left button) The display will begin to blink. Then use the right buttons to set the hour you want the alarm to go off. Press Pusher A again to go to minutes. Once it is set to what you want, press and hold Pusher A to confirm the time. Then are all all set!
Laying flat the watch measures 9.5" from buckle to end. It will fit up to an 8" wrist.
Watch batteries typically last 2-3 years depending on how the watch is used. ie lots of chrono use on this model with drain the watch faster than if you never use that feature.

You'll hold down the left pusher while in the Time Mode until it starts to blink. Then you'll use the right buttons to move the numbers up or down as needed. You'll push the left pusher again to go to the next setting (Minutes, hours, seconds, year, date, etc)
Hi there! So sorry it wasn't clear. The 10mm used in the Design description refers to the thickness of the case. It is 10mm thick and 39mm across.
