Taking the field watch and giving it an upgrade, the Corporal is inspired by troop transports, bank vaults, and racing tachometers.

Durability

Two-piece case construction and raised bezel to protect the recessed crystal.

Special Feature

A raised stainless steel bezel adds extra durability, while custom-molded hands and military-inspired bold print indices and numbers provide enhanced visibility. The shapes of the faceted, 3-link stainless steel bracelet resemble mountains to equip comfort with style.

All color options not the same on Corporal.
I was sad to see my watch could not be repaired, but the customer service was great at figuring out my options. I was given $100 credit towards a new Nixon watch, and since it was my favorite watch of my whole life, I wanted another one. I was a little bummed to see that the silver I had before had a different dial than all the rest of the other corporal watches… I think that’s kind of silly that it doesn’t come as all the other ones do. So I was forced to go with a gold watch instead of the silver Which I’m not so happy about, but I wanted the smooth dial and not the ribbed one that they are now only offering. That makes no sense to me, they should offer all of the colors the same. It’s the only one that has that dial edge to it. Changing the band size myself was pretty easy, so that was nice!

I absolutely love this watch, it’s heavy and durable, Perfect size if you’re a big man like myself it doesn’t look lost on my wrist like most other watches do.
I have 5 in this model along with other Nixon designs, and I will keep buying Nixon watches for as long as they keep making them this quality. For me it’s the size ,weight and durability .

Great Watch
This is the third Nixon watch I have given my son for Christmas. He asks for one every year. The watch is very attractive. I contacted customer service with a shipping question and they were prompt and pleasant in their reply. I highly recommend if you’re considering purchasing a watch, choose Nixon.

My husband is 6’4 on heavy weight size , would this fit perfect on him for size wise Or would the case/face would be small?

That should look great. I’m 6’2” 200lbs and find the face a bit to large on bare my skin but looks great tucked against a suit or jacket sleeve. Great piece for any occasion. Works for casual and for formal, and always gets a second glance from people.

All of our watch models are unisex! The 48mm size is typically a bigger men's watch and geared for a bigger wrist.
