Is the Sentry Leather water resistant, and can I swim or shower with it?

The Nixon Sentry Leather Watch is water resistant with a rating of 100 meters / 10 ATM, but it is not fully waterproof. The watch itself can withstand swimming or showering, however since it has a leather strap we recommend that you do not get this watch wet.

What materials are used in the case and strap of the Sentry Leather, and how should I care for the leather band?

The Sentry Leather watch features a solid stainless steel case paired with a genuine leather strap. To care for the leather band, first wipe away any dust with a dry microfiber cloth.
