42mm custom solid stainless steel case with a 100 meter / 10 ATM water rating. Comes with a hardened mineral crystal, triple gasket crown with enamel fill, stainless steel screw down caseback and spring pin lugs.

BAND

23-20mm tapered custom solid stainless steel 3-link bracelet with stainless steel double locking clasp and micro adjuster.

SPECIAL FEATURE

Is the sentry ss grand prix waterproof?

Awesome question! The Sentry SS is water resistant up to 100 meters. This means the watch is good for snorkeling and swimming but it's probably best to keep it home if you're diving!

How water resistant is this watch? Can I shower with it? Wash my hands? Could I go swimming with it? I see that it says you can’t push buttons under water, but it’s water resistant? Super confused.

The Sentry is water resistant up to 10 ATM or 100 meters. You can swim, and wash your hands while wearing it. But we do not recommend pushing the buttons while underwater because this can compromise the seal.

What size is the battery for this watch?

The battery for The Sentry SS will be SR626. Please note that while most Nixon watches can be taken to a certified jeweler for battery replacement, watch repairs performed at an outside service center voids the Nixon warranty and does not guarantee water resistance.
