    Yes! both straps can be adjusted.

    Is this bag water resistant or waterproof at all?

    The bag is made from REPREVE 600D polyester. It is water resistant, but it is not waterproof. It also does have a mesh back panel.

    The only difference is the material we use for the bag. Still a sustainable material, just from a different company.
